Scientific definition
Every authorized outcome must allow return to the event, observation, source, context, time, and transformations that created it. What cannot be traced receives no final authority.

The process fixes Event before the outcome appears, measures Source inside a declared window, and documents Transformation as a repeatable procedure. Authorization determines how the result moves from observation to authorized decision.
